- 1990 VICTOR founded as private company
- 1993 Private company becomes GmbH
- 1997 FORTI-Folien GmbH to produce aluminium foil and cling-films founded in Neuruppin
- 2002 RUPPINER Papier- und Folienwerke GmbH founded, product range expanded to comprise printed paper napkins, film products and films
- 2004/2005 Existing toilet paper- and facial tissue machinery expanded
- 2005 Further expansion of product range, extrusion and manufacture of loop handle bags added, main focus on bio-films
